A lifelong Nevada resident, Bryttanie McNeff was born and raised in Reno and has spent more than a decade building her career in family law at Carucci & Carucci, Ltd., formerly Carucci and Associates. She began working with founding partner, Roderic Carucci, more than ten years ago, and has worked alongside managing partner, Geenamarie Carucci for the past two and a half years.

Bryttanie is particularly committed to helping clients navigate some of the hardest times of their lives with clarity, compassion, and thoughtful advocacy. She understands that family-law disputes extend beyond the courtroom and can have lasting effects on individuals and families. Her approach is grounded in listening to her clients, understanding their unique circumstances, and working diligently to protect their interests throughout the legal process.

Bryttanie earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Idaho, College of Law and remains a proud member of the Vandals community. Bryttanie is also a proud member of the Wolf Pack as she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Reno following a hiatus from her education to start a family.

During law school, Bryttanie’s academic interests expanded to include Indian and Tribal law, particularly as those areas intersect with family law and child welfare. As part of her graduation requirements, she authored a paper examining the Indian Child Welfare Act and all of its nuances.

Outside of work, Bryttanie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, often cheering her boys on from the sidelines of a sports game, or helping her daughter with cheer and tumbling stunts. She loves a good thriller book, despite always knowing how it ends, and enjoys binge watching reality tv with her husband and brother (so long as binge eating brownies is part of the plan). At the end of a long day, she can usually be found turning up the music and having impromptu dance parties with her kids—a reminder of what motivates her both personally and professionally.
